Tell me about sharpcut products
We are an official retailer and manufacturer sourcing and making the majority of our personal grooming and gifts products in Australia. The majority of our products are 100% natural, 100% vegan, sulfate free, paraben free and good for you and the environment.

Do sharpcut personal grooming products contain Certified Organic Ingredients
Wherever possible we choose certified organic ingredients. These ingredients are marked with an * in the ingredient list for each product.

Since there are no preservatives, how long do your personal grooming products last
Unopened, these products have a shelf life of 24 months. After opening, all products should be used within 12 months for maximum effect.

Why do you stock other brands
We add products that complement our range to meet customer needs, so we partner with high quality select brands to achieve this outcome. The ownership rights of these other brands we stock belong to the original manufacturer.

Do you test your personal grooming products on animals
No, nor do any of our partner brands.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives
If you're not available to take delivery, the carrier may at its discretion leave in a safe location or leave a card for collection.

I’m missing an item, have a wrong item or have damaged items
We take great care and pride when packing your items. We scan all contents so if things go astray or get damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and we will resolve.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses
We are unable to deliver to multiple addresses per order. If you’d like delivery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

No, we deliver Australia wide only.

Can you send us a donation
We strongly believe in helping people and the environment and already allow one charity organisation only to disperse funds anonymously for us.

Do you have any physical stores
sharpcut is online only. This allows us to create and stock a large range of specialised personal grooming and gifts products, and pass on the benefits of amazing prices and service with free delivery directly to you.
